The Journey of High-Tech Agricultural Entrepreneurship Inspired by Real Life
The story of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thien and his journey of applying modern technology to clean agricultural production under VietGAP and organic standards in Thanh Hoa.

In Dong Tien Ward, Thanh Hoa Province, Thien Truong 36 High-Tech Agricultural Service Trading Company Limited has become a bright spot for the application of digital technology in production. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thien, Director of the company, stated that the greenhouse system here is fully automated through strict monitoring of temperature, humidity, and light levels.

The system operates based on sensors suspended along the net roof, continuously transmitting data to a central control unit. When weather conditions fluctuate, from harsh sunlight to heavy rain, the system automatically adjusts the roofing and temperature. Each crop is assigned a digital profile, allowing the algorithm to automatically manage irrigation flow and fertilizer dosage, ensuring optimal plant nutrition.

The motivation behind Mr. Thien's decision to invest billions of VND in this field stems from his concerns about public health. After witnessing many loved ones suffer from life-threatening diseases, he became determined to pursue a safe and transparent agricultural model. He established the Dong Tien Agricultural Service Cooperative in 2012 and officially launched Thien Truong 36 Company in 2015, scaling up production under VietGAP and organic standards.

Currently, the company's farm spans 2.2 hectares of greenhouses, implementing crop rotation for various vegetables and yellow melons. Furthermore, the unit applies automatic temperature control technology to 2,000 square meters of net houses for Phalaenopsis orchid cultivation. These results serve as a testament to the digital transformation in agriculture, standardizing processes from land and seed preparation to harvest, while optimizing labor costs.

According to Mr. Thien, applying scientific technology is a prerequisite for achieving international standards such as VietGAP and organic certification. When production data is digitized, traceability becomes transparent, building firm trust with the market and modern consumers.
